VERY SUCCESSFUL SALES Our March, April and May auctions saw selling rates of 75 to 90% and solid prices achieved for attractive and interesting Irish art and collectibles, which grossed over 2.5 million euro in the period. The market has definitely bottomed out and while we might not see the record prices of the last decade we anticipate good steady business this autumn with serious collectors back in the saleroom looking for quality and value. We are now accepting entries for our November Important Irish Art and History, Literature & Collectibles sales and our February 2011 Irish & British Art sale. Contact Ian Whyte or Adelle Hughes at 01 676 2888 orinfo@whytes.ie for expert and confidential advice and valuations.
